These terms describe the baseline rules for using immiagent. If your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.

immiagent provides software for immigration practice operations, including intake, document workflows, checklists, AI-assisted drafting, and form preparation.
You are responsible for your users, workspace configuration, uploaded content, client communications, and decisions made from platform outputs.
immiagent does not replace a licensed immigration consultant, lawyer, or qualified professional. Platform outputs should be reviewed before they are sent, filed, or relied on.
You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, professional obligations, client consent requirements, and filing rules.
You may not use immiagent to violate laws, compromise security, misuse personal information, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may suspend access when needed to protect the platform, customers, clients, or the public.
Paid plans, pilots, renewals, taxes, usage limits, and cancellation terms are provided at checkout, in an order form, or in a signed agreement.
Fees already incurred are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in the applicable order terms.
We may update features, integrations, availability, and policies as the product evolves. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect active customers.
